FORUM AND GAME RULES

1.No Flaming
Posts considered as flaming includes extremely large font sizes, sarcasm, and the like.

2. Posting Adult Material on Board
This is not allowed.No movies, avatars, signatures and pictures in your posts should depict any adult related content. By adult related content, we include pornography, nudity but not restricted to only these. This is strictly not allowed.

3. No Spamming
Spamming is repeatedly posting the same topic in different section of the Jamu-RAn boards, in the hopes that the message will be seen by all.

4. no Advertisement of other Private Servers!
Avoid Advertising Other Private Server by posting their web address or pm to other players in Jamu-RAN

In-Game Rules
1. Respect the GMs.
Penalty: 1 week BAN

2. Respect every Players In-Game.
Penalty: 1 week BAN

3. Do not ask to be a member of SMART RANONLINE Staff.
Penalty: 1 day Chatblock

4. No Botting!!!
Penalty: Ban Forever/IP Ban

5. Do not SCAM any players In-Game by any means.
Penalty: Ban Forever

6. Kill Stealing (KSing) is not permitted.
Penalty: 1 Day BAN

7. Do not impersonate a GM.
Penalty: Ban Forever/IP BAN

8. Hacking the server in any ways or by unwanted programs will be severely punished.
Penalty: Ban Forever/IP BAN

9. DO NOT give your password to anyone not even GMs!

10. No LOST/SCAMMED/HACKED items will be given back by the Smart Ran Online Staff.

If you found any players disobeying the said rules, please get a screenshot and post it here in the forums or if a GM is online don't hesitate to PM us...





In-Game Rules and Regulations

1.HARRASSMENT Relentless posting of offensive, judgmental, racist, sexist, or unfounded comments and accusations against other characters, players, game employees, or groups of people is strictly prohibited. Again, we must treat this forum as a venue for fostering camaraderie among community members. There are proper sections in the forums for your complaints and reports.

2.IMPERSONATION Pretending or claiming to be an existing Forum Administrators, Game Masters, or Emotionally staff with the intent of abusing their influence, authority, or privileges is highly condemned in the forums.

3.ADVERTISEMENT This includes posts or links regarding client modification, bots, private servers or other third party programs and/or posts that are non-beneficial to the community and do not bear relevance to e-Games or its published games.

4.BadMouthing - Use of sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language.

Penalties:
1st Offense: Banned for 1 hr.
2nd Offense: Banned for 3 hrs.
3rd Offense: Banned for 6 hrs. and banned IP adress
(offenses beyond the 3rd offense = 2x the penalty of the last offense)


5.Recruting No Recruting In any forums. If moderators caught u recruting they will banned if any one recrut.

2nd offense - 6hrs ban
3rd offense - ban ip and ban forever


1.No KillSteal.
- killing a player then looting his/her dropped item

2.No Scamming.
-scamming a player well receive a reward: BANNED
3.Respect All of the members of Ran Black Hole.
-to earn your respect from Them

4. Harassing
- Cursing, Saying bad words, Killing Newbies, and doing something bad and malicious are strictly prohibited.

5.Spamming by PM, Shouting ETC are strictly prohibited.
-if the player will spam... so the server will run slow...

6. Beggars
- begging an item/gold from GM will considered as Harassing
- this month of August is free so... begging an item/gold will be considered as none so... it will not violate rule for this month

7. Advertising a Private Server
- stealing our players is not good....

8. Impersonators
-impersonating names will be considered as Harassing
- Impersonating GM Names,Admin Names,Scamming Names

2nd offense - 10 days IP ban
3rd offense - Permanent IP Ban


Game Master's Punishments
1st offense - 3 days chatblocked

I, the author of Weizzer RanPrivate Server believe that this server is not illegal since:

(1) To be able to enhance our programming / graphics authoring / web development / game development / animation and more I.T. related skills.
(2) Have a better understanding on Game authoring, GamePlay and GameDesign.

HACK/SCAM CASE HANDLING and GUIDELINES

The growing number of Ran Online, O2 Jam and Battle Position players will usher an influx of problems concerning account security. Game Masters and Admins Representatives of New Server Ranonline will soon entertain reports concerning stolen, compromised and illegally traded accounts. Ensuring quality customer care relations, guidelines for handling Hack Cases must be firmly understood and implemented.

What is a Hacked Account?

Any account that is no longer within the control of the owner that encompasses but not limited to stolen items, deleted and modified characters and compromised accounts.

What are scammed items?

Any item obtained through deceitful schemes, where one party purposely conceals, omits and gives misleading facts that consequently induce consent from the scammed party.


No Compensation Rule

We will no longer compensate the hacked items or gold, however we will offer character restoration in case that the character was deleted. Plus, we will also penalize all the hackers involved to a permanent block account. Please check the disclaimer for more details.


Disclaimer:

The investigation of hack reports will only be done once for every account. Our Help Desk will only entertain hack case reports once for every account but will forward your case if further assistance is needed.

A player is responsible for the security and confidentiality of his account password, including the various uses of the password, whether authorized or unauthorized. New Ranonline does not guarantee that the New Ranonline portal and its corresponding game websites are free from any harmful softwares, and that the same is hack-proof. Account security is therefore the sole responsibility of the account holder, wherein, he is advised to take all security measures reasonably available to safeguard the operating system and accounts when accessing the Games and the websites. The Company reserves the right to deny any request for item return, compensation, character restoration and account reset. The company shall not be responsible in any way for the loss of or damage to a players account that includes but not limited to, character statistics and skills, account particulars and items lost. In no event will the company be liable to a player for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages.







FORUM GUILINES

Please have the time to properly read the stipulated board rules and guidelines. By proceeding to post, you agree to these guidelines and must obey them at all times. Non-compliance will be dealt with appropriate sanctions.

Official Community Boards

The goal of our community forums is to provide support and establish a relaxed, friendly and interactive environment. In ensuring this kind of atmosphere for all members, we have implemented the following guidelines:

All the posts are enjoined to be respectful, constructive, in line with the rules of this forum and always on the topic.

The materials posted and or uploaded to the forum remain the property of the original poster and New Ran Online as the licensed distributor of such content. The administrators of this site together with the forum moderators reserve the right without notice to access and view all materials, to edit the subject of a post, to move topics, to reclarify and to delete all materials deemed inappropriate or disruptive. There will also be a periodic maintenance of the forums to minimize the clutter resulting from too many threads and useless posts.

Interaction within the community boards should be kept within the spirit of fun and cooperation. Maintain a polite atmosphere and always render respect to fellow users. Appropriate actions will be taken against posts and/or topics that could cause disorder in the community beyond civilized debates and disagreements.

Personal attacks on other users or staff members either in public forums or private messages are strictly prohibited.

Profanity being unprofessional and offensive will not be allowed through the word filters built into the community forums. Any action that will circumvent the word filters will result to exemplary punishments.

Advertising or promoting other companies or their products, which may compete with those of New Ran Online Server are extremely prohibited.

We reserve the right to ban any member who violates our guidelines or disrupts our community. We will be fair and provide warning in most cases.

If you have an issue concerning our services, policies, or staff, please use a personal contact method such as a private message or email to a staff member. All moderators, administrators, and support staff are highlighted in the active members list. We take serious complaints to heart and will do our best to address them.

Commandments

1. Avoid using profanity or any foul language.

2. Avoid racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other personal discriminations.

3. Avoid any posts that are offending and inflammatory

4. Avoid spamming; please keep all your posts as constructive as possible.

5. Pornography, warez, or any other illegal transactions may NOT be linked in any shape or form.

6. Avoid arguing a moderator's decision in public. Any disagreement must first be addressed to the moderator concerned via a private message. Unresolved arguments must then be submitted to the forum administrator supported by the user and moderator's positions.

7. Pictures can be posted so long as it is not offensive and the topic is based on graphics. Users caught posting inappropriate or pornographic photos/images will be penalized- Forum Account Deletion (Forum Moderator's Discretion).

8. Avoid using signatures larger than 350x150. Any unacceptable signature will be requested by the moderators and the forum administrators to be changed or resized. Text signatures are limited to 5 lines. Non-compliance will result in the removal of the signature.

9. Avatars greater than 30KB will not be accepted. Avatar images are limited to 75x75 pixels, larger images will be resized automatically.

10. Always post at the appropriate forum. Misplaced posts will automatically be moved by the forum moderators.

11. Topics recognized as being in the wrong forums should be reported to the forum moderators through private messages for appropriate action and avoid answering the misplaced post.

12. Impersonation of a user in this forum or any mode of communication is strictly prohibited.

13. Avoid spreading false information and rumors about the Game, the Company and other players.

14. Linked and locked topics may be pruned regularly to reduce page clutter. If you have a question about where your topic went, please PM a Moderator or Administrator before starting a new topic asking where it went, or posting a duplicate of the original topic. We will be happy to provide you with a link to the new location, or a reason why it was locked and/or removed.

15. Avoid using link-thru systems to mask originating URL for any external content.

16. As much as possible please avoid using textspeak.

17. Avoid shouting in the boards (denoted by posting messages in "ALL CAPS").

18. Please avoid posting multiple messages with the same contents (hence, no flooding).


Violations of any of these stipulated rules will be dealt with appropriate actions on a case to case basis.
